Revit Architecture – Utopia project (part 1 & 2)

In this course with Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) Sylvia Ouyang, you will learn how to set up datum guidelines, create exterior and interior walls, add various types of doors and windows, design straight and L-shaped stairs, and set up materials for walls, doors, windows, and stairs. The project timeline is 2 hours and 54 minutes. Additionally, Sylvia will guide you through the project workflow from conception to completion.

Requisites To enroll in this course, students must have proficiency in using Revit Architecture and complete the introductory period.

Description The main objective of this course is to teach students how to create a shared living housing plan using the Revit Architecture program. The course is designed to guide proficient users of Revit Architecture who have completed the introductory period. Students will start by learning to review floor plans and collect building information, such as dimensions. They will then proceed to set up Datum Elements, which include Levels, Grids, and Dimensions. The course will cover how to create Exterior and Interior Walls with Materials and set up Doors and Windows for each wing of the building. Students will also learn how to build Straight and L-shaped Stairs with Railings and setup materials for rooms such as Lofts, Kitchens, Dining Rooms, and Patios. This course promises to be an engaging and enjoyable learning experience.
